
In my last blog, I explained the difference between mazes and labyrinths, and the power of labyrinths to allow us to safely “get lost” in our thoughts or meditations.
Walking a labyrinth can help calm your mind or help you solve problems. As you follow the well-defined and open path, walking quietly and intentionally, you can focus your thoughts and tune out many of the distractions of our daily lives. Before I enter a labyrinth, I ask myself a question, something that I have been seeking clarity on. Then I begin my “journey” to discovery.
