WHY MEDITATE WITH THE VOICE? Voice Meditation is a soothing practice that elevates your spirit! Deep breathing along with the resonance of our voices, induce a state of “allowing”, promoting mindfulness, relaxation and a deep sense of belonging.

THE HEALING VOICE The power of Voicing leads the body to surrender effortlessly and tune into new energy and wisdom. Voicing connects us to the right side of our brain. This right side is responsible for intuition, imagination and all our creative functions. It connects us to a world of possibilities! In modern life, we are constantly bombarded with so much information that we process and analyze. We tend to get stuck in the left, processing side of our brain. So it becomes fundamentally important to nurture the attributes of human beings with dreams and visions and inspiration.” Voicing is one of the best ways to accomplish this.

VOICING TOGETHER Coming together and feeling our voices becoming one Voice can move us beyond words. “It increases self-awareness, self-confidence and our ability to communicate with others.”
