In my last post, I promised you I’d share some ways you can align with the season. Now that the trees are starting to bud and days are getting warmer, why not try some of these tips to make the most of the season:
• Start a new routine or project.
• Tune into mindfulness. Listen to the rain outside or take a walk and look for budding flowers.
• Pamper yourself with a cleansing treatment, such as massage or ayurvedic shirodhara therapy to correct imbalance or stress in your consciousness that can cause illness.
• Plant seeds, literally and figuratively. Set an intention while you plant the seeds and as you water them, think about how you can also feed your intention. Take in moments of gratitude as you watch your plants grow! • Speaking of planting seeds, try planting by the moon cycles.
Embracing the sensory pleasures of the season is a great way to unleash the power of mindfulness and its ability to help you find more joy and productivity in every day.
