Leave it to William Shakespeare to say it best, “Self-love, my liege, is not so vile a sin, as self-neglecting.” (“Henry V”)

We owe it to ourselves to fill our days with little acts of self-love. They might be as simple as treating ourselves to a little extra “spa” time in the bath or giving ourselves little pep talks. One of the easiest ways to bring a little me-love into your day is to create passwords (yes, those ubiquitous necessities of life in the digital age) that serve as positive reinforcement of your self-worth (goME2024!) or goals you have (imthebestqualified4this). Given how often we have to use our passwords, this can be a great way to remind yourself that you are worthy!

So the next time you need to create or update a password, focus on a positive mantra that will show you a little love—every time you log on.
